Privacy and access to your personal data

Personal data is only needed for technical reasons and to conduct your order. DESIGNSTRAPS does not provide a third party with your private data.

When you enter our website, our web server will temporarily save the information your browser is sending. These are for example your system software, the type of your browser, the time of the server request, the refferer-url and our websites you are visiting. This means we are only saving your access information without being able to allocate it to a specific person.

Personal data such as your name, address, telephone number or E-mail address will not be detected, unless you gave them to us voluntarily. The details needed for completing your order are handled with the upmost privacy. We only keep your details on our system in order to provide you with a fast and efficient order process, to send you the requested newsletter, in case you contacted us or because you took part in a survey or a competition.

Use and transfer of your personal data
We value your trust in DESIGNSTRAPS and ensure that we operate with the highest care and security standards when it concerns your personal data. The personal data that you provided throughout the shopping process will be only used to fulfill your wishes and requests, so generally spoken for the processing of your order as well as to answer your questions.

With complete transaction and after we received your total payment, we will freeze your data until they will be deleted according to tax and commercial law in case you did not explicitly express the want of still using your personal data.

If you gave us your consent for the utilization of your personal data we will use them for product related surveys and for other marketing reasons.

DESIGNSTRAPS will only provide a third party with your private data in case it is necessary for completing your order e.g. your address will be forwarded to the shipping company, as well as the paying information will be transferred to the chosen credit institute.

E-Mail advertisement advise
In case you applied for our newsletter we will save your E-Mail address and use it for advertising purposes until you signed off. You can unsubscribe any time by clicking the button “unsubscribe” at the end of the newsletter without having any other costs than accessing the internet via your internet provider.

Right of access to personal data
At anytime you have the right to be provided with information concerning your personal data free of costs. You can as well correct them, block them, or ask for the cancellation of the saved data.
